MORRIE JURKOWITZ

Born and raised in Scranton, Penn., Mr. Jurkowitz graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor's degree in science engineering. He stayed on for two years of graduate work in the Materials Science Department, but a 1962 summer job in the aerospace industry of Los Angeles changed his career path. Morrie subsequently landed in Santa Barbara, where he began his career as an investor and manager of  real estate. Throughout his career Morrie has also been an active member of the community of Santa Barbara serving on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. Morrie served as a member of the board of Trustees for Santa Barbara City College and the Foundation for Santa Barbara City College for 15 years. Morrie has also served as a board member of the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara, and has supported numerous other local organizations over the years,  including the Christmas Unity, the Granada Theatre, MOXI Children's Museum, and Laguna Blanca School.

TREY PINNER

Trey Pinner is a native of Southern California, and grew up in San Marino California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from California State University Northridge, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1985. Trey has been a licensed Broker for over 30 years, and has practiced Real Estate in Santa Barbara since 1988.  Trey has a broad background in managing and brokering real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, hotel, multi-family residential, and manufactured housing communities. Early in his career Trey specialized in office leasing and sales with Grub & Ellis in their West Los Angeles office. Following his time at Grub & Ellis, Trey served as Vice President of the Cal West Group (another Santa Barbara-based Real Estate Syndication/Property Management Company). Mr. Pinner is currently President of Santa Barbara Property Group, which was originally formed as "Professional Investment Planning" in 1971. Trey has been an active leader in the community serving as the District Chairman-South Coast District for the Boy Scouts of America, the chairman of the City of Santa Barbara Downtown Parking Committee, Vice President of the Coast Village Business Association, and past President of the Peabody Charter School Foundation.

BEN WILLIAMS

Ben Williams is a native of the Chicagoland area, but has been a member of the Santa Barbara community since 2003.  He is an alumnus of Westmont College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ben began working with Santa Barbara Property Group (then "Professional Investment Planning") in 2006, and has been a licensed agent for over 10 years. Ben has specialized in the management, leasing, and sales of commercial and multi-family properties.
